It’s amazing how being in a culture at a school where people think it’s weird for you not to hook up with a guy the first night.  Well guess what I actually want to do this the normal way… You know get to know the guy first, have fun, laugh at his not so funny jokes, get giddy with your girls when he texts, and even get mad when he doesn’t text you back.  I know this may sound weird and at Wake you may be 97% correct but there is that 3% that I believe in, the 3% that says there is a God above who actually says it’s okay to date in college and enjoy it.  

I’m ready for the challenge and would say that as of right now it is going well.  It’s been about a month and things couldn’t be going any better.  Girls listen up and listen up good… Don’t think that a guy won’t be interested because you don’t go home with him or that you don’t kiss him the first night.  Boys want a mystery and they are gonna stick around for as long as possible to figure it out so just hold on. And maybe, just maybe you’ll understand this new phenomenon that I have discovered.

So I think that I will do this the right way…for all my females out there.  I will definitely keep everyone posted about the progress and see if maybe me going against the grain will maybe make people at Wake start to think that real relationships can occur and that dating in college doesn’t suck after all.
